DELIVERY POLICY

  • Local Delivery Area:

    • We currently offer local delivery within a specific radius from our Sweet Delights location. Please refer to the checkout page or contact our customer support team to verify if your address falls within our delivery area.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • Once your order is placed, we strive to process and deliver it to you as quickly as possible.

    • Our local delivery timeframes may vary depending on order volume and distance.

  • Delivery Charges:

    • Our local delivery charges are based on the distance between our Sweet Delights location and your delivery address.

    • The exact delivery fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

    • Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, even in the event of order cancellation or return.

  • Delivery Confirmation:

    • Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date and time.

    • Our delivery personnel will make every effort to ensure a successful delivery. However, if they encounter any difficulties or are unable to deliver your package, they will contact you using the provided contact information to arrange an alternative solution.

  • Delivery Restrictions:

    • We can only deliver to addresses within our designated local delivery area.

    • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside of our designated local delivery area.

    • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or complications.

  • Order Modifications and Cancellations:

    • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed or dispatched for delivery.

  • Catering Services:

    • In addition to local delivery, we also offer catering services for special events, gatherings, and celebrations.

    • Our catering services include a selection of our delectable alfajores and can be customized to suit your specific needs.

    • If you're interested in our catering services, please contact our customer support team to discuss the details, menu options, and pricing.

PICK UP SERVICE

  • Order Placement:

    • All orders for pick up must be placed through our website or over the phone during our business hours.

    • We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

    • Custom orders may require additional time, and we will communicate the estimated pick-up time during the order confirmation process.

  • Pick Up Location:

    • Pick up location will be sent via email and/or text.

    • Please ensure you have the correct address and make note of our business hours before picking up your order.

  • Pick Up Times:

    • Our regular business hours for pick up are as follows:

      • Monday to Friday: [3:00 PM - 8:30 PM]

      • Saturday: [11:00 AM - 5:00PM]

      • Sunday: [11:00 AM - 3:00 PM] 

    • ​​If you require a pick-up time outside our regular hours, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

  • Order Confirmation:

    • Once your order is received and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the pick-up time and location.

    • Please review the information provided in the confirmation email to ensure accuracy. If you notice any errors, kindly contact us immediately.

  • Pick Up Process:

    • When you arrive at our pick-up location, please present your order confirmation email or provide the order name.

    • Our staff will verify your order and prepare it for pick up. Kindly allow sufficient time for this process, especially during peak hours or for large orders.

    • Please bring suitable packaging or containers to transport your alfajores safely (as they are very fragile and delicious).

  • Cancellation or Modification:

    • If you need to cancel or modify your order, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

    • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • We take great pride in the quality of our alfajores, and we guarantee that they will be fresh and delicious at the time of pick up.

    • Once you have picked up your order, we recommend storing the alfajores in a cool, dry place to maintain their freshness.

    • Our alfajores are best stored in the refrigerator, where they can stay fresh for up to one month. Note that it is important to bring the alfajores to room temperature before enjoying them for the best taste and texture.
